I'm Em, a disability and chronic illness advocate online. I also work with charities and companies to promote disability related products, and to consult on access needs of events. I have also dabbled in disabled modelling, and am currently writing a book titled, "The Easy To Read Chronic Illness Handbook," which I intend to publish next year.
