Nutritionist & RT

Katie has been a registered radiologic technologist & nutritionist with over 20 years experience personally & professionally. In addition to being a travel RT & online nutrition coach, she enjoys educating via podcasts, panels, workshops, group programs, & presentations for the community.

As a functional nutritionist, Katie works individually with clients to address a variety of nutrition needs & specializes in Crohn’s & Colitis nutrition, Carnivore based protocols, & disordered eating recovery.

Katie grew up in Indianapolis, IN where she currently travels the world coaching & as a radiologic technologist. She received her bachelor’s degrees in Science from Purdue University.

By integrating custom flexible, non-dogmatic nutrition approaches while providing high performance coaching, she guides clients through their unique health journeys & empowers them to find an approach to health, food, & movement that is sustainable, joyful, & shame-free!

Katie’s clients appreciate her compassionate, empathetic approach & say that they leave feeling empowered to tackle their goals. She emphasizes exploration of their relationship to food, body, & movement, encourages clients to challenge negative thought patterns, & helps clients achieve their long-term health goals.

On social she’s better known as Coach K, but most of all wants you to know she’s struggled just like you! She went from sick (Crohn’s Disease & bulimia), overweight (lost 60lbs via the carnivore diet, CrossFit & Orange Theory), & broke (was 50k+ in debt) to a thriving, self loving Indiana farmers daughter here to inspire, educate, & mentor!

Throughout her journey she has released 60lbs & graciously put her Crohn’s disease & bulimia in med-free remission naturally via diet & lifestyle.
