CEO/Founder
Keisha Greaves is a fashion entrepreneur, disability advocate, and motivational speaker based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is best known as the founder and CEO of Girls Chronically Rock, a clothing brand that empowers individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities through adaptive fashion and positive messaging.  
Early Life and Education
Born and raised in Cambridge, MA, Keisha developed a passion for fashion early on. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from Framingham State University and later completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at Cambridge College .  
Diagnosis and Turning Point
At age 24, while in graduate school, Keisha began experiencing unexplained muscle weakness and frequent falls. After extensive testing, she was diagnosed with Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD), a progressive neuromuscular disorder that affects the muscles around the hips and shoulders . This life-altering diagnosis became the catalyst for her mission to inspire and uplift others facing similar challenges.   
Founding Girls Chronically Rock
In response to her diagnosis, Keisha launched Girls Chronically Rock, a fashion brand that celebrates strength and resilience in the disability community. The brand offers adaptive clothing designed for ease of wear, along with empowering slogans like “Chronically Rocking” to promote confidence and self-love . Keisha has also collaborated with fashion schools to raise awareness about adaptive fashion among students .  
Advocacy and Public Engagement
Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Keisha serves as the Massachusetts State Ambassador for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and was named the MDA’s 2021 National Goodwill Ambassador . She frequently speaks at events, including Startup Boston Week, and uses her platform to advocate for disability inclusion and accessibility in fashion and beyond .
