Elite Paratriathlete
I became the first women to bring home an Olympic/ Paralympic medal for Canada in triathlon, when I became a bronze medalist in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
I am also a full time wheelchair user following a bike accident in 2018 that left me paralyzed from the waist down.
I wear many hats in life as I also work as a Compliance Officer for a pharmaceutical company and a public speaker.
I am undergoing a huge and exciting life change at the moment as I prepare for the arrival of my first baby in the beginning of August!
I attribute my success as an athlete to the community of people who rallied around to support me so I love connecting with others to share stories and find inspiration.
