Alicia Grace Chenier is a passionate advocate for disability representation and accessibility in media, arts, and culture. Born with a brain tumour, blindness, and a chronic illness, Alicia dedicates herself to creating accessible media and uplifting diverse voices. As an actor, director, filmmaker, and second-year Disability Studies student at Toronto Metropolitan University, she serves on multiple boards, including CNIB, Fighting Blindness Canada, and the Accessibility Advisory Panel for Sudbury. Through her work, such as producing accessible short films like The Author, Alicia ensures authentic representation and inclusion across various platforms.
