Author/RetiredRN
I am a retired RN and brain tumor surgery survivor (Jan 2024). After waking up from a coma I had to relearn how to walk, think and talk again. As part of my recovery, I tried writing, which promted memories to start to return (although many are gone), reinvent myself, find new likes and dislikes, and grow as a human to give back. I now write medical thrillers and children's books. I still have challenges that people can't see like depression, finding words, exhaustion and more. I would love to share the journey, the struggles, the triumphs and the will to never give up.
