I have been managing an Autoimmune Condition since 2004. I chose to mix Eastern & Western medicine along with daily practices-diet,exercise,spiritual… so I could stay in life & live my best life now! I would like to help other autoimmune patients stay living a beautiful life & there best life now by sharing my knowledge, practices that have helped me, and great information I have learned Since 2004.
I am also a Paramedic of 36 years ( part time now) & was a Sr. Clinical Trials Researcher for approximately 21 years previously. Thank you🌟
