Entrepreneur/Author/Speaker

Jesi Stracham (Straw-HAM, like a straw you drink from, ham you eat) is a trailblazing entrepreneur, speaker, adaptive athlete, and fierce advocate whose life took a dramatic turn after a devastating motorcycle accident. Paralyzed but undeterred, Jesi has transformed her pain into purpose, leading initiatives that empower others to push past their own perceived limitations.

She’s the co-owner of Freedom Longevity and Wellness LKN, a recovery facility pioneering cutting-edge therapies that redefine what’s possible in holistic health and healing. She also co-developed the Wheel With Me Adapt Fit app—the first fitness app designed by wheelchair users, for wheelchair users—empowering people with disabilities to build strength, independence, and confidence.

Jesi is the founder of the Wheel With Me Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to bridging the gap between inpatient rehab and real life. Through community events, empowerment weeks, and summer camp experiences for adult wheelchair users, she fosters transformation, connection, and long-term growth.

As an athlete, Jesi has completed 15 Tough Mudder obstacle course races—including four 24-hour events—and competed in four CrossFit Games, proving that limits are meant to be broken.

Her story is one of resilience, reinvention, and relentless belief. Whether on stage or through her digital platforms, Jesi inspires others to stop making excuses and start taking action. She’s not just surviving—she’s building a legacy of impact, empowerment, and unstoppable strength.
